We have two separate
villas to choose from that are conveniently located next
door to each other. Each villa is fully self contained with over 2500 sq
ft of spacious living. Rent both for larger parties!
Each villa has (4) main sleeping areas: (2) Master king bedroom suites & (1) single day bed in the loft and for extra accommodation (1) double sofa bed in the living room.
Each has a spacious dining room, living room,
kitchen, (2) full bathrooms and private laundry facilities. Each villa has a private courtyard, cool down pool,
and large roof top terrace with "Palapa" for entertaining. Each
villa sleeps up to (6), rent both for a maximum of (12).

We have designed these villas to capture
the spirit and tradition of Vallarta.
To enhance openness and spaciousness a min
height of 12 -24ft post and beam ceilings are used.
A blend of creative lighting and halogen
lit niches, multiple arches, 2” curved wooden doors, lattice windows, rustic ceramic floors, and interesting artwork create a unique ambience.
You will notice that all our walls are 14” thick,
designed to keep the villa naturally cool.
However we have cool down fans in all rooms,
and for your additional comfort we have full air conditioning throughout. |

Both villas have custom dining tables that
can accommodate up to six people. From
both open dining areas and kitchens you can view
the interior balconies and 12-24ft red brick
and exposed beam ceilings |

The first Master bedroom is over 22ft long and is on the main floor. |
|
Upstairs bedroom is equally as spacious with a 16ft
post and beam ceiling, and large closets. We took
it a step further and added a king sized four poster
bed with curtains and hand made quilts and pillows.
I hope you notice the fabulous stain glass window!.
You can lie there and feel the sea breeze by opening
the windows and double doors and or step out on to
the balcony and view the bay. |

Adjoining is a single day bed located in villa
Kikeyas den. Designed for extra guests or
for a quite read. |
|
There is also a large single daybed in Francesca's den. Behind the lattice door you will find a spiral staircase that accesses the roof top terrace. |

Both villas each have a similar & spacious
living room design. 12ft post & beam ceilings, large lattice windows, and a comfortable (3) piece loose pillow top sofa; one of which converts into a sofa bed.
Add multiple arch ways and halogen lit niches you will sense that Mexican style, especially at night when everything is lit up and ambient.

Each villa has two
full bathrooms and large tiled showers big enough for two.
The kitchens have generous counter space and come equipped with a blender, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc. and all the cooking utensils you need to make a full meal..
Alternatively you can ask the maid to cook you a meal or hire our chef; after all, you’re on holiday! |

Feel the sun and sea breeze as you view the cityscape and the spectacular "Bay of Banderas." Relax and enjoy a cool drink on your private roof top terrace under the sun or the shade of your "Palapa".
As the sun sets we have a lighting system that runs around the perimeter of the terrace providing ambient lighting. Every night you can view a replica of the Spanish Galleon "Mari-Galante" sail by and watch the fire works show. |
These Villas are located on Miramar st next door to the coveted “Hacienda San Angel”.
A prime downtown location that borders on the “River Cuale” separating old town from downtown, an area called “Gringo Gulch”. You’re literally central to it all.
’Simply’ it doesn’t get much better. Hope to see you and provide you with a memorable stay.
 Conveniently located just a minute from the villas is a little hideaway called “TAPAS”
A small eatery offering lunch and dinner, that is highly acclaimed by the locals for its excellent quality and value, check it out you will be pleased that you did!
Continue for a couple of minutes further and find yourself on the famous "Malecon" boardwalk where you will find shopping, restaurants, and night life facing the beach. Walk a few minutes further to famous "Playa Los Muertos".
